Trains – Take the train to Newhaven Town and then catch a bus for the last leg of the journey.
By Car
Post Code BN10 8RH – Turn off South Coast Road into Piddinghoe Avenue (sign posted Big Park). Limited parking available on site. Alternative parking available at the free public car park at the bottom of Piddinghoe Avenue – it’s just a short walk.
Walking/Cycling –
The Park can be accessed via Hoyle Road, Piddinghoe Avenue and Cornwall Avenue and from a network of footpaths and bridleways.
The new park boundaries are between the wastewater plant in the north, the existing Piddinghoe Sports Park in the south, Cissbury Avenue in the east and Peacehaven Community School playing fields in the west. It is half a mile (860m) from one end to the other and 1½ miles (2400m) around the perimeter. It will take around 30 minutes to walk around at a leisurely pace.
