LINDSAY FROST

I am a Chartered Town Planner with more than thirty five years’ experience in local government in Kent, North Yorkshire and East Sussex. Since January 2014, I have been an independent consultant advising clients in both the public and private sectors.

As Director of Planning & Environmental Services at Lewes District Council from 1997 to 2014, I was responsible for the Lewes District Local Plan (2003), which allocated land for a major new park in Peacehaven. I was involved in negotiations on major planning applications in the town which released land and funding to help make it happen. I was also a member of the Big Park Project Board, which planned and delivered the new park, following lengthy consultations with the local community
